Sign up online, and once you're approved your phone becomes your key. Door access follows your membership automatically, so it's ready when you start and wraps up when you leave.

How does door access work?

Once your membership is approved, you'll receive an email invitation from Kisi, our door access system. Install the Kisi app, sign in with the same email, and tap your phone at the door. Your access matches your plan's hours.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No lease. Memberships are month to month and renew automatically. To cancel, just give 30 days' notice.

What happens after I apply?

You add your card and do a quick photo ID check online, then we review your application, usually the same day. As soon as you're approved, your first month is charged and your Kisi invitation is sent automatically.

Do I need a membership for a day pass or conference room?

No. Anyone can buy a day pass or a conference room pass online. It's an easy way to try the space or meet clients.

How do members book conference rooms?

Members book rooms from their account page on this site. Executive Access includes conference room use, and Private Suites include up to 10 hours a month.

How do I update my card or cancel?

Sign in to your account to update your card, see invoices, or give notice. You can also call us at 502-376-1327.

Do I need an account to buy a pass?

No. You can buy a pass with just your name and email. A free account makes it faster next time and keeps your passes in one place.
